Why train staff on colour?

 Improve confidence

By studying pre-course student feedback and client and customer expectations, Catherine has been able to to identify the specific areas of weakness and confidence students enter the course with. Armed with this knowledge, she has successfully tailored her Colour Confidence courses to meet these specific needs.

“I lose confidence when I feel outside my comfort zone and become afraid of upsetting or losing my customer.”

Learn how to take risks with colour, put dynamic and edgy colour and pattern combinations together with confidence, resulting in happy customers and referrals and add-on sales.

“I really struggle to identify colour pigments in neutral colours.”

Learn how to see the subtle undertones of colours in neutral products, lessening the risk of expensive mistakes, refunds and unhappy customers.

“I’m not confident using different patterns or bold colours together.”

A common mistake is to select one scale of pattern within a multi-patterned scheme which results in flat, underwhelming solutions. Learn the secrets of how to mix colour and pattern successfully.

“ I struggle to understand how colour can give the illusion of changing the scale and proportion in a space.”

Understanding how the right colour percentage and the right tint, tone, shade of colour can dramatically give the illusion of changing the scale and proportion of a space.

"I definitely feel more confident on how to engage customers. There is so much to learn, this course has opened my eyes to colour."

- Kelly

 Improve customer service

Good service is the most important thing to bring customers back again and again, so knowledge and enthusiasm in what you are selling is key to developing a successful sales team.

Lack of confidence can result in missed sales opportunities, lack of referrals and customer returns.

Selling with confidence, knowledge and enthusiasm brings that extra edge over other competitors.

Good customer service brings loyalty from customers and motivation and job satisfaction from your staff.
